MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES
There are 3 levels of Pawtobello membership:

1. Puppy pawCard

• Free signup
• Points accumulation where every $1 spent will earn you 1 pawPoint.
• Accumulate up to $400 or 400 pawPoints within 6 months and the card will be upgraded to an Adult pawCard.
• In the event that the Puppy pawCard did not get upgraded within 1 year, the points will be converted to cash voucher at the rate of 100 pawPoints to $1.
• Complimentary dessert on daddy’s, mummy’s or doggie’s birthday

2. Adult pawCard

• Spend up to $400 or accumulate up to 400 pawPoints within 6 months.
• Complimentary dessert on daddy’s, mummy’s or doggie’s birthday.
• 5% discount on total bill (products and meals).
• 5% discount on purchase of party package.

3. Senior pawCard

• Spend up to $2000 or accumulate up to 2000 pawPoints within 1 year.
• Complimentary dessert on daddy’s, mummy’s or doggie’s birthday.
• Personalised bowl for your doggie which will be kept in the café.
• 10% discount on total bill (products and meals).
• 10% discount on purchase of party package.

HOW DO I UPGRADE?

• Puppy pawCard is free signup.
• Spend up to $400 or accumulate up to 400 pawPoints within 6 months and you will get the Adult pawCard.
• Spend up to $2000 or accumulate up to 2000 pawPoints within 1 year and you will get the Senior pawCard.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Pawtobello membership card is issued by and remains the property of Pawtobello.
• The Pawtobello membership card must be presented and scanned before payment. Failure to do so will render certain loss of member privileges.
• The Pawtobello membership card is strictly non-transferable and members must produce identification as and when required.
• The management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions as well as any discount privileges without prior notice.
• Members please report immediately, either in person or in writing, in the event that the Pawtobello membership card is lost, damaged or stolen.
• A replacement fee of $2 will be chargeable in the event of damage, loss or theft of card.
• Members are responsible for informing Pawtobello when there is a change of personal particulars.
• pawPoints will expire every one year.
• pawPoints are not exchangeable for cash.
• The Pawtobello membership card will expire if there is no transaction recorded one year after the last transaction.
• Discounted prices are subjected to GST and 10% Service Charge (for meals only).
• Discount not valid with other promotions.
• Discount not valid for items already on promotion.
